ABOUT
アセンダントスピリッツはサンタバーバラに最初にできた蒸留所で、禁酒法以降にウイスキー、ウォッカ、ムーンシャイン、その他の蒸留酒を合法に生産しました。 工場規模で大量生産する大型蒸留所とは異なり、アセンダントでできた蒸留酒は全て蒸留責任者によって少量ずつ手作業で造られており、できるだけ地元産やオーガニックのものを使用しています。
