ABOUT
サザーランド蒸留所は2012年に設立され、ディアブロズ シャドウのラベルでラム、ウイスキー、ウォッカを製造していました。彼らのsoil to spirit(土壌から蒸留酒へ)の哲学は、grain to glass (原料の処理から瓶詰めまで一貫して行う)の一歩先を行くものでした。地元で原料を調達して、農家や穀物の産地との関係を築いたことで、土壌から蒸留酒に至るまでの製品を完全に管理し、理解することが可能となりました。蒸留所は2023年2月に閉鎖されました。
