Shinzato Brewery

Shinzato Brewery was founded in 1846. There is the oldest exsisted brewery where produces histrical Awamori in Okinawa. Although it is a brewery with a long history, it incorporates the latest technology, and seems to have introduced detailed temperature control of the brewing tank by computer and a HACCP hygiene management system. In 2021, they also participated in the whiskey business and released “Shinzato WHISKY”, which is a blend of whiskey and spirits. The whiskey is that you can also feel the flavor of awamori.
