ABOUT Konosu
The building of Konosu Distillery is futhered by its black-based building and the abundant open space surrounding it. It is reminiscent of both breweries in Edo period and distilleries made by brics as Western . Initially be founded the distillery, the members were only 4 people. The owner is Mr. Eric Choa, CEO of a fine chemical manufacturer in the UK, and he has a wealth of knowledge about whiskey produce, as he has experienced apprenticing both large and small distilleries in Scotland. Konosu Distillery aims to release its first single malt in 2025-2026.
